The current firmware did solve some of the previous issue like the alarm problem which I mention in my other post. However I found out another issue and that is when you are charging the P990i the vibrating mode will not trigger along with voice, sms and alarm even if you have set it to "On". Vibrating alert works normal when not charging. My advise would be do not update the firmware for time being, stick with your current firmware if it does not give you any problem.
