I was first introduced to Mountainsmith lumbar pack a couple of years ago. However I was using my Columbia messenger bag and I thought I do not need lumbar bags for any purpose but I was wrong. I took up a new sports and realized that I need a good waist pouch and I re-look into lumbar packs again. To be honest, it is hard to compare the Mountainsmith lumbar pack with its competitors. The Mountainsmith lumbar series are really well designed and light. Eventually I gotten 2 lumbar packs. The Swift II - Recycled and Tour - Recycled series, they are in heritage black and cobalt in colors respectively. What’s more they are made of 100% recycled PET fabric for environmental friendly purpose. They are really suitable for sports, travel, hiking and school.
