I really like this pair of red JBL creature speakers. The dome shape design is really unique and I think the designers deserve 4.5 out of 5 for this product. The speakers are not just strictly connected to iPod, with the stereo jack you can almost connect to any variety of music devices. With the price tag of $90, we are not just getting a rather good 2.1 way multimedia sound system, we are getting one of the best design multimedia speakers.

Early this year I had the opportunity to visit Hong Kong. The Peak - Hong Kong located at Victoria Gap was a long desired place that I wanted to visit.
We managed to reach before sunset and we had a great time watching the sun.
By the way I never really enjoy watching sunset and taking sunset pictures until that visit to the Peak.

To buy or not to buy a brand new iPod Nano? The first thought that comes to me when it comes to refurbished goods would be battery issue. Probably someone had wanted to repair their Nano due to battery failure or it could be an electronic problem that causes the failure. In whichever case do I really trust reconditioned product?
Personally I have never thought of buying refurbished electronic product. The purpose of the iPod Nano is to replace the first generation shuffle.
Did some quick research and comparison between the new and reconditioned iPod Nano. The specifications do not really show any difference accept for the prices.
Both products were given one year warranty from Apple. Visit apple.com or amazon.com, and check out their prices.
| iPod Nano 2 Gig |
New |
Reconditioned |
| Apple.com |
Not available |
$109 |
| Amazon.com |
$169.51 |
$104 |
That’s about 38% savings.
I think is worth the try if you are a sourcing for an entry level mp3 player or looking for an upgrade to a higher capacity player. By the way this Nano belongs to my wife. I am eyeing on the U2 iPod 80 Gig.
Here’s the box.

Here’s the package inside the box.

While reconfiguring or uninstalling applications from a notebook loaded with Windows 2000 professional operating system, I got this error during startup.

Did a Google search on rundll + oxidbvhj.dll no result were shown.
I have no clue what program I uninstalled resulted with the oxidbvhj.dll error.
I narrow my search to:
rundll + module could not be found
and found a piece of information I can use from this site forum.
http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-1709341.php
1. Run regedit in the windows run box.
2. Goto [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVers
ion\Run]
3. Save the current registry before you do any delete.
At the right plane, you will see something like oxidbvhj.dll. Delete “DLLRunning” and restart the OS.

After deleting “DLLRunning” you will not see this error window message after restart the windows 2000 professional OS.

I needed to find a way on creating different profile startup for Firefox. I manage to find one site with pretty good explanation on how to create different profile for different users.
Here’s two quick step in creating user profile.
Step 1: In dos command window, type:
C:\>”C:\program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe” –profilemanager
Step 2: C:\>cd program files
Step 3: C:\>cd mozilla firefox
Step 4: firefox -profilemanager
Step 5: Once the window “Firefox - Choose User Profile” appear, uncheck the options:
Work Offline and Don’t ask at startup. There you can start creating your user profile by selecting the “Create Profile” option.
For further details like running two Firefox instance without choosing the profiles, you will be able to find out more information at:
